Aimee draws on free-flow universal energy work, with Usui Reiki forming the foundation of her practice. Aimee is a Reiki II practitioner in the Usui Reiki lineage — a Japanese energy practice commonly used to support deep relaxation and wellbeing.
You don't need to arrive with something to work through. This session can simply be a space to slow down, receive and restore.
