A focused energy reset for the days when something is surfacing, you're moving through something difficult, or you simply need help finding your centre again. Your appointment includes 15 minutes of focused energy work, with time beforehand to settle in and afterwards to gently integrate. It's ideal for a lunch-break reset or whenever you need a little support without booking a full session.

This is a complementary wellbeing appointment supporting rest and balance. It is not therapy, medical treatment or diagnosis.
