Aligned Energy Sessions · Hamilton
Aligned Energy Integration
A longer, client-led space for restorative or deeper integrative energy work.
90 minutes · $150 · in person at Aimee's space in Hamilton, New Zealand.
You may come simply wanting an extended period of relaxation and restorative energy work, or there may be something specific you would like support moving through. You don't need to decide in advance what kind of session it needs to be.
Aimee begins with free-flow universal energy work, drawing primarily on her experience as a Reiki II practitioner in the Usui Reiki lineage. From there, the session is allowed to unfold in response to what is presenting.
Where deeper patterns emerge, Aimee may explore muscle testing with you directly or by proxy as a reflective tool for identifying conditioning, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns or areas of imbalance that may be ready for attention.
Once something surfaces, there is no prescribed process that has to follow. Aimee may continue with Reiki and focused intention, or explore another complementary approach with you depending on what emerges.
Equally, nothing has to emerge or be worked on. The entire session may simply remain a longer restorative energy session.
